1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product operated by Navyux Ventures (including Viraura at viraura.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

Navyux Ventures is a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam & GST registered). These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Description of Service

Navyux Ventures provides AI-powered SaaS tools for Indian creators and businesses. Our current product, Viraura, generates social media captions, hashtag packs, and reel scripts using artificial intelligence in multiple Indian languages.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. AI-generated content is for assistance purposes only — you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Plans, Pricing & Billing

Navyux Ventures offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. Charges will appear on your bank statement as "Navyux Ventures" — this is the legal business name behind all our products.

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers
• Generation limits reset on your monthly billing date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content at scale
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or systems
• Resell or sublicense access to our platform without written authorization
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond the intended API

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the content you input (topics, descriptions, brand voice). You also own the AI-generated output produced using your inputs.

Our platform: The Viraura and Navyux Ventures brand, software, UI, and underlying systems are owned by Navyux Ventures. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.

AI output: We do not claim copyright over AI-generated captions or scripts. You are free to use generated content commercially. However, we make no warranty that generated content is original or free from third-party claims.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Navyux Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
