Navyux Ventures is a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam & GST registered, Proprietor: Kaushalya Devi Chaudhary). We operate software products including Viraura (viraura.in) — an AI-powered caption and reel script generator for Indian creators.

2. What Information We Collect
When you use our products, we may collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, profile picture (when signing up via Google OAuth or email)
- Usage data: Content you generate (topics, captions, hashtags), language and tone preferences, generation history
- Payment information: Subscription status and plan tier (actual payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never store card or bank details)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent (via analytics)
- Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms or email
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve our products
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, subscription updates)
- To respond to support requests
- To analyze usage patterns and improve product quality
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We never train AI models on your content. The captions and topics you generate are used solely to deliver the service to you and are not shared with third parties for training purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We work with the following third-party service providers:
Database and authentication
Payment processing — handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliance
AI text generation for captions and reel scripts
AI text generation (fallback)
Transactional email delivery
Product analytics (anonymized)
Hosting and infrastructure
Rate limiting for anonymous users
5. Data Retention
- Free plan: Generation history not retained (no history feature on free plan)
- Student plan: Generation history retained for 15 days
- Creator plan: Generation history retained for 30 days
- Creator Plus / Creator Pro: Generation history retained for 45–60 days
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)

7. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication (Supabase session management) and analytics cookies (PostHog, anonymized). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect authentication functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Our products are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
